I buy mattresses in volume and command pricing at huge discounts because of my unique contract with suppliers. Also, I simply don’t have the overhead of traditional retail stores, big-box stores and other competitors. Uptown Mattress Direct does not have a big dollar marketing budget. Q: What brands of mattresses do you sell?
A: I sell only Ill known, famous brand, brand new mattresses. Uptown Mattress Direct sells all the brands you see at major department stores and retail chains. Your mattress will be a brand new mattress. I DO NOT sell refurbished or reconditioned mattress sets.
Q: Do you need to have an appointment or can I just stop by the showroom?
A: I operate on a BY APPOINTMENT ONLY basis. I do this so that I do not have the overhead of paying commissioned sales people to sit around waiting to pounce on customers. This allows me to sell mattresses at a significant discount compared to my competitors and traditional retail stores. I meet customers 6 days a week. Closed on Mondays.
Q: What forms of payment does Uptown Mattress Direct except?
A: I accept cash and most major credit cards. (No American Express) I also have a NO CREDIT CHECK financing option along with traditional financing.

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes I do. Usually same day delivery is available. Cost for delivery depends on mattress size, delivery distance and other factors such as what floor you live on if you are in an apartment. Occasionally I have special sales days when I offer free delivery within 15 miles of my location.
Q: Do you have parking at the showroom?
A: Yes. I have ample, Ill-lit parking and handicap spaces for my customers.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: My mattresses are sold “as-is” at liquidation prices. And though your savings are huge over MSRP I do guarantee these products to be free of manufacturer defects and I stand firmly behind them. You can also expect the finest customer service in DFW. Uptown Mattress Direct, may, at its sole discretion accept returns for merchandise that it deems is in a “brand new” condition and will exchange or replace it with a same or similar product.
